Training: a journey of continuous growth

 

The fashion house nurtures talent through training programs, development plans, and innovative projects. The Learning & Development department coordinates internal resources and external partners to implement global and local training plans, also leveraging funded training initiatives in Italy. Special attention is given to onboarding programs, which serve as initiation rituals to introduce new employees to the brand’s DNA and corporate culture. Tailored training sessions guide new talents toward a harmonious and productive integration.

 

Starting in fiscal year 2024, and aligned with the development of ESG projects, numerous courses on environmental, social, and governance sustainability have been introduced.

Professional training plans are conducted both in-person and via e-learning platforms, as well as through live training sessions and webinars.

 

In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, a total of 60,865 hours of training were delivered to 8,216 participants (with some employees attending multiple courses), covering 78% of the workforce. A significant milestone: over 10,000 hours were dedicated to sustainability training.

 

Dolce&Gabbana continues its path of excellence, where each employee plays a key role in a success story that evolves every day.
