CLEANING
– To preserve the brilliance of the jewelry, use a mild liquid soap;
– Rinse thoroughly with fresh, lukewarm water;
– Dry with a soft cloth.
The same operation is recommended after swimming in the sea or pool.
CARE TIPS
– Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetic products, as these can damage certain types of gemstones;
– Protect the jewelry from drops and impacts, which could severely damage the finishes or compromise the gemstone settings, potentially leading to their loss;
– Jewelry should never be worn during sports activities with a high risk of impact (e.g., surfing, water skiing, etc.);
– Some gemstone settings and stones are unsuitable for activities involving saltwater exposure;
– Temperatures above 60°C and below -10°C can be harmful to certain gemological materials. Avoid storing jewelry in excessively humid, cold, or hot environments, cleaning it with overly hot water, or wearing it in spas, steam baths, or saunas;
– In case of impacts, and every three years after purchase, we recommend a complete cleaning and stability check of the settings by your trusted jeweler or a Dolce&Gabbana selected boutique.

Dolce&Gabbana watches seamlessly combine design, craftsmanship, and performance, thanks to the unique elements and precious materials used in their creation. To maintain the appearance, functionality, and durability of these watches over time, it is essential to follow a few key guidelines.

– Protect the watch from drops and impacts, which could seriously damage the finishes, compromise its mechanical functions, waterproofing, and precision;
– The watch is water-resistant up to 3BAR/3ATM, equivalent to a depth of 20 meters. It is recommended not to exceed this depth;
– Refrain from wearing the watch during sports with a high risk of impact (e.g., surfing, water skiing). Leather straps are unsuitable for activities involving water exposure;
– If the watch accidentally gets wet, avoid pulling out the crown, as water could enter the case;
– Temperatures above 60°C/140°F and below -10°C/14°F, sudden changes in pressure, density, and temperature, and magnetic fields can affect the watch’s precision. Avoid placing the watch near objects generating strong magnetic fields, such as speakers or electric motors. If irregularities occur, take the watch to an authorized Dolce&Gabbana store;
– After making adjustments, always press the crown firmly against the case to prevent water or dust from entering the mechanism.
