DOLCE&GABBANA: TOWARDS A TRANSPARENT AND TRACEABLE VALUE CHAIN

Ensuring accountability to customers, suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, Dolce&Gabbana is committed to achieving full visibility and accountability across its value chain. The company has undertaken a comprehensive mapping of its supplier base, extending from tier-1 to beyond, to guarantee oversight of all purchases and their ESG attributes. This strategic segmentation of suppliers allows Dolce&Gabbana to scale up its supply chain monitoring program, backed by a structured third-party audit plan.

Additionally, the brand has partnered with an AI technology provider to optimize the monitoring of information through an ESG data-driven platform. Powered by artificial intelligence, this solution enables efficient management of materials, suppliers, and products at the corporate level, further strengthening the company’s commitment to transparency.

Dolce&Gabbana’s first Sustainability Report for the 2024 fiscal year, produced internally in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, marked a significant step toward compliance with the CSRD regulation. The report ensures clear and detailed communication on the company’s sustainability progress.
