01

Collaboration for Responsible Practices Across the Value Chain

For Dolce&Gabbana, collaboration is essential to ensuring a sustainable and transparent approach throughout the supply chain. Through its Responsible Procurement Programme, the brand promotes ethical and traceable practices supported by rigorous environmental and human rights standards. By working closely with suppliers who share its commitment to a more sustainable future, the company strives to generate positive impact, where responsibility and innovation come together to drive meaningful change. During the fiscal year 2025/26, Dolce&Gabbana further strengthened this approach through a dedicated digital platform for supplier onboarding and ESG monitoring, enabling the collection of information related to compliance, traceability, and environmental and social performance across the supply chain.

02

Collaboration for Circularity

As a co-founder of the Re.Crea Consortium, Dolce&Gabbana helps drive efforts to reduce textile waste and promote circularity, working alongside other luxury brands to develop innovative solutions for end-of-life product management. Together with five other leading luxury companies, the brand helped establish the consortium, promoted by the Italian Fashion Chamber, with the objective of advancing research, innovation and recycling solutions for textile and fashion products. The initiative responds to the European Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework for textile waste and represents a concrete example of industry-wide collaboration to accelerate the transition towards a more circular and responsible model.

03

Collaboration with Universities

Dolce&Gabbana invests in the talent of tomorrow through partnerships with international universities and academic institutions, fostering dialogue between education, creativity and the professional world. During the last fiscal year, the Group collaborated with leading universities and business schools, including Georgetown University, Glion Institute of Higher Education, King’s Business Club and EIML Paris, as well as renowned Italian institutions such as Politecnico di Milano, Bocconi, IULM, NABA and Marangoni. Particularly noteworthy was the collaboration with SDA Bocconi’s MBA Luxury Management programme, through a challenge dedicated to the Digital Product Passport, aimed at exploring new models of transparency, traceability and consumer engagement. The Beauty division also launched initiatives dedicated to students at the Istituto Marangoni Milano, the first Italian institution to develop a specialised educational offering focused on the cosmetics sector. Project challenges, meetings with industry professionals and internship opportunities allow students to develop creativity, technical expertise and strategic vision. Through these initiatives, Dolce&Gabbana contributes to talent development and supports the next generation of fashion, beauty and luxury professionals.

04

Collaboration with Social Organisations

Dolce&Gabbana collaborates with organisations such as Quid and Piccolo Principe Onlus to empower women and young people in vulnerable situations, creating meaningful opportunities for inclusion. Through its partnership with Quid, the brand promotes women’s employability through a circular economy model that combines social inclusion with the recovery and valorisation of materials. In fiscal year 2025/26, the collaboration generated approximately 5,500 hours of work and training, providing tangible opportunities for professional growth and social inclusion. Through its collaboration with Piccolo Principe Onlus, Dolce&Gabbana supports the Cittadella dei Ragazzi project in San Vittore Olona, a centre dedicated to young people facing social and psychological vulnerability, offering educational programmes, therapeutic support and vocational training opportunities. In addition, since 2019 the Group has partnered with Humanitas and Humanitas University to support scientific research, medical innovation and the education of future healthcare professionals through research projects, awareness initiatives and scholarship programmes.

Dolce&Gabbana’s supplier Code of Conduct

The Supplier Code of Conduct represents the cornerstone of our vision for a responsible and sustainable supply chain. Adopted in November 2024, this document establishes the fundamental principles, ethical standards, and responsibilities that all Dolce&Gabbana suppliers must respect in their business operations and throughout the supply chain. Reflecting the commitment to integrity, ethics, and social responsibility, the Code embraces three fundamental areas: respect for people, environmental protection, and business ethics. Through the principles of the Code, Dolce&Gabbana promotes sustainable, transparent, and socially responsible practices, valuing Italian craftsmanship and the well-being of the communities in which it operates.
